Cancellation and reschedule policy

- Reschedule. We can accommodate a request to reschedule if we receive the request at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session. We understand that unexpected things happen so we allow you reschedule once for no additional cost, after that a rescheduling fee (minus $50 of cancellation fee) is required to secure a new date.
- Cancellation. We will issue a full refund (minus $50 of cancellation fee) if we receive the cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session.
- Late less than 15 minutes. If the client comes within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we will start the session as soon as s/he arrive, but we will not extend the finish time beyond the scheduled finish time.
- Late 15 minutes or more. If the client doesn’t come within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, s/he forfeits the scheduled session . The client will not get a refund and will not be able to reschedule the session.
In-Person Classes
- Reschedule. You can reschedule to a class in a later date if we receive your request 7 days from the class date or earlier ($50 rescheduling fee applies). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any rescheduling request received later than 7 days prior to the class start time.
- Cancellation. We will issue a refund (minus $50 of cancellation fee) if we receive the cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any cancelation request received later than 7 days prior to the class start time.
- Late: less than 15 minutes. If the student comes within 15 minutes after the class start time, s/he will be allowed to join the class and the instructor will try to accommodate him/her as much as s/he can without slowing down the class.
- Late: more than 15 minutes. If the student comes 15 minutes after the class start time, s/he forfeits hhis/her spot and will not be allowed to join the class because that will disrupt the experience for other students.
- If you purchased your class from one of our partners (CourseHorse, Fever, Groupon, IfOnly) then our Refund & Cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you are entitled to a refund, or have any questions, please contact their customer service team.
Virtual Classes

- Cancellation. We will issue a refund (minus $25 of cancellation fee) if we receive the cancellation notice at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any cancelation request received later than 72 hours prior to the class start time.
- Late: less than 15 minutes. If the student comes within 15 minutes after the class start time, s/he will be allowed to join the class and the instructor will try to accommodate him/her as much as s/he can without slowing down the class.

Events or commercial project
- Cancellation. We will issue a full refund (minus cancellation fee 15% of the value of the project) if the client notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. The client is responsible for any travel and logistical expense that we incur for the project which we will deduct from the amount refunded.
- Reschedule. We can accommodate a request to reschedule if we receive the client’s request at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session. Rescheduling fee (15% of the value of the project) is required to secure a new date
