Cancellation and reschedule policy

  • Reschedule. We can accommodate a request to reschedule if we receive the request at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session. We understand that unexpected things happen so we allow you reschedule once for no additional cost, after that a $50 rescheduling fee is required to secure a new date.
  • Cancellation. We will issue a full refund (minus $100 cancellation fee) if we receive the cancellation notice at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session.
  • Late: less than 45 minutes. If the client comes within 45 minutes after the scheduled start time, we will start the session as soon as s/he arrive, but we will not extend the finish time beyond the scheduled finish time.
  • Late: more than 45 minutes. If the client doesn’t come within 45 minutes after the scheduled start time, s/he forfeits the scheduled session . The client will not get a refund and will not be able to reschedule the session.

Workshops/play sessions

  • Late: less than 45 minutes. If the student comes within 30 minutes after the class start time, s/he will be allowed to join the class and the instructor will try to accommodate him/her as much as s/he can without slowing down the class.
  • Late: more than 45 minutes. If the student comes within 30 minutes after the class start time, s/he forfeits will not be allowed to join the class because that will disrupt the experience for other students.

Events or commercial project

  • Cancellation. We will issue a full refund (minus $200 cancellation fee) if the client notify us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled session. The client is responsible for any travel and logistical expense that we incur for the project.
  • Reschedule. We can accommodate a request to reschedule if we receive the client’s request at least 2 days prior to your scheduled session. $100 rescheduling fee is required to secure a new date
