Yoga Teacher’s Bio
Diana Hernandez
Reiki Master Practitioner and Embodiment Coach
Diana discovered yoga and meditation in her early 20s during a pivotal chapter of her life. As a law student navigating the weight of anxiety and stress—and later as a practicing attorney in New Jersey—she turned to yoga for balance and support. What began as a tool to meet the demands of her career soon blossomed into something far deeper. Yoga became a gentle invitation to reconnect with herself, a sanctuary where she learned to honor and cherish her body after years of struggling with self-acceptance through cycles of weight gain and loss. Her mat became her sacred runway—a place to return home, rediscover her strength, and celebrate all the ways her body carries her through life.
Years later, Diana’s love for yoga inspired her to become a 200-hour RYT, and she now shares this passion by teaching classes of all sizes. Her classes are heartfelt spaces where movement meets mindfulness, designed to help others nurture the connection between body, mind, and soul. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Embodiment Coach, Diana’s mission is rooted in creating a safe and welcoming space where students feel empowered to explore, heal, and come home to themselves. She believes that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, where every breath and movement is an act of love and choice. Her mantra, “Your practice, your body, your choice, always,” is at the heart of everything she offers.
Beyond the studio, Diana weaves the transformative practices of yoga and meditation into her work as an Adjunct Professor, integrating mindfulness into her college writing courses. Her ultimate mission is to share these tools far and wide, helping others discover the beauty of connecting deeply with themselves.
