1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or visiting DenArt Body Painting Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All appointments require advance booking through our online system or by phone.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable unless we cancel the session.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the deposit.
Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
No-shows are charged the full session fee.

4. Service Descriptions

We strive to accurately represent our services through photographs and descriptions. However, final results may vary based on individual skin type, body shape, and other factors. Custom artwork is created specifically for you and may differ from stock images.

5. Model Releases & Photography

By default, we may use photos of your session for our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise.
If you wish to keep your images private, please inform us before your session.
You may request a model release form to grant or restrict usage rights.

6. Health & Safety

All body paints we use are FDA-compliant and safe for skin contact.
Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
We maintain strict hygiene standards and use disposable materials where appropriate.

7. Payment & Pricing

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
Pricing is quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on complexity, duration, and location.
We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

DenArt Body Painting Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

Original artwork designs created by DenArt remain the intellectual property of the studio unless a separate agreement is made. Clients receive a license to use their commissioned artwork for personal purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting.
